PPW Franchise Champion Rose Confident Going Into FISTFEST

PPW Staff: Sebastian Rose you've been the Pure Pro Wrestling Franchise Champion since PPW debuted in February. You've defeated a broad array of some of the best wrestlers this state has to offer including "Too Tough" Tommy Titus, "Explicit" Xavier Justice, Sky Devian and Bull Wheeler. So we've got to ask, what's your secret to staying on top?

Rose: My specialty is getting in the heads of my opponents. I get in the heads of all the PPW fans in attendance to make sure they rally behind my opponents. Then it's real simple, my opponent tries to impress these stupid fans and I capitalize. I was trained by the best in this business to perform in the ring. But the psychological battle I place on my opponents is pure Sebastian Rose. No one does it better!


PPW Staff: Now show after show, defense after defense, you're challenges have been increasing in size. You won the championship in Feb. by beating Titus, Justice, and Devian all in a single night, you faced a red-hot Titus and defeated him, up comes the monster from Bay City known as Bull Wheeler, down he goes...what kind of training regimen do you have that on top? How is it that you're so durable?

Rose: I train my body at my convenience. Between all the interviews, dealing with wrestling promoters, and of course all the ladies, I can only work out a few times a week. Then again, I'm a natural athlete. Staying in shape comes easy to me, just like defeating my opponents.

PPW Staff: Now on July 28th you've got another task on your hands. FISTFEST-CARNAGE IN THE CAGE. You'll be placed in an eight man tourney comprised of some of the baddest men PPW can find. What are your thoughts?

Rose: I'm really looking forward to this tourney. It'll weed out the cream from the crop, leaving me with worthy opponents to dominate in an extreme environment. The cage tourney will further prove what I've demonstrated ever since I came to PPW... nobody can out last Sebastian Rose!

PPW Staff: Now Mr. Rose I realize that your title isn't on the line in the tournament, yet there's still a lot at stake. There's the fact that whoever wins the tourney automatically receives a shot at any title on any show down the line. If you are eliminated in this tourney you will be guaranteed an opponent in the future, however if you survive this tourney, you can stop the potential title shot before it even happens. Do you feel the stakes are high?

Rose: The stakes are high for everyone BUT me! I don't lose. Plain and simple. I always find a way to survive and win. I have more confidence in myself each and ever match. There's only one PPW champion. That won't change.

PPW Staff: Mr. Rose FISTFEST is only days away. In less than a week almost thirty men battle in a steel cage. They will battle for bragging rights, they will battle for the Deadground cup, and they will battle for a shot at you...the current PPW Franchise Champion. With all that in mind do you have anything you want to add?

Rose: I can't wait to get to Fistfest. To see all the wrestlers in the locker room. To see all the stars in their eyes. To see the looks on their faces when I walk into town. Then, when I got them in the ring, finish them off, and look right back into their eyes and see defeat and humiliation. Oh yea, I'm looking forward to that!

PPW will scheduled to appear at the Genesee County fair this August 13-19. We will be hosting three one hour shows per day. That's 21 shows with 63 matches...And this will done all in one week.  However, there is one downfall...this will not be a paid show. I realize that some of you come from substantial distances to work these events therefore I understand if you cannot make the events. For those still wishing to work the event two passes will be granted per worker giving full access to the Genesseee County Fair and its events(more than two may be allocated for worker's children).

this is a great opportunity to get a ton of ring time and experience in. For those workers currently not featured in previous PPW shows, this is your chance to earn a spot on the roster. For those workers that feel they are not pushed enough, this is your chance to showcase your talents and show me why I should push you. This will be an open invitation booking.
